Ingredients

Method

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool completely (or use from the day before).
  2. Mix protein powder with a little cold milk in a shaker or glass until smooth.
  3. Add remaining milk and cold coffee.
  4. Place ice cubes in a glass and pour the protein coffee over them.
  5. Optionally dust with cinnamon.

GLP-1 tip: Coffee can worsen nausea on GLP-1 – the trick is to drink it ice cold. Cold beverages are generally better tolerated. The protein powder turns the coffee into a mini-meal. Important: Drink slowly, not on an empty stomach.
